This Privacy Policy explains how UMVLT LLC, doing business as Aspiris ("Aspiris," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aspiris.com, contact us, book a consultation, or exchange text messages with our team. It applies to this website and to those interactions. It does not govern services we deliver to clients under a signed agreement; those are covered by the client's contract with us.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, and the contents of your message. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, company, and your answers to the booking questions. When you email, call, or text us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and delivery provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
Cookies and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website. We do not track you across other sites.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
- Communicate with you about our services when you have asked us to
- Provide, operate, and secure this website

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work on our behalf. These include:
- Website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare)
- Contact form processing (Web3Forms), which delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Email and productivity (Microsoft 365)
- Scheduling (Calendly), for consultation bookings
- Web fonts (Google Fonts), which receives your IP address when the site loads its typefaces
- Text messaging (Microsoft and its messaging and carrier partners), to deliver text messages
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aspiris or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
Text messaging data is handled separately. See "Text Messaging (SMS)" below. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and communication records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this website and access controls on the systems where your information is stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it.

Text Messaging (SMS)
This section applies when you opt in to receive text messages from Aspiris or exchange text messages with our team. By opting in to or using our text messaging service, you agree to these terms and to this Privacy Policy.
What the service is. Our text messaging is for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and Aspiris employees, such as coordinating support, scheduling, and responding to your requests. We do not use text messaging for marketing or mass promotional messages.
Text message privacy. We use information you provide through text messaging only to send and receive your messages and respond to you. This includes sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may still disclose information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
Consent and electronic records. By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw that consent by replying STOP.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your conversations with our team. We may send an initial message describing the service. After that, the number of messages you receive depends on how you use the service.
Costs. We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan with your wireless carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving texts. Because this is a person-to-person service, an opt-out applies to the specific conversation and phone number you reply to. We may send one message confirming your opt-out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to this policy
